Each of our acetate frames is individually crafted, featuring unique patterns that make every product distinct. Due to the bespoke nature of our acetate, the colorways and patterns in the frames you receive may vary slightly from those pictured online, ensuring a piece that's uniquely yours.

Utilizing premium materials, real hardware, and hinges that are securely riveted, we guarantee durability and comfort. Crafting a GHALI frame involves over 130 steps, a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship, carried out in our trusted factory in China, a partner in our production since the beginning. Once assembled, our prescription lenses are custom-fitted in our specialized Geneva laboratory before reaching you, ensuring a perfect blend of Swiss design and global craftsmanship.

Warranty

What is the GHALI warranty?

GHALI warrants the covered product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer and customer must provide proof of purchase.

Warranty exclusions

• Only authentic GHALI products will be warranted.
• Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use, including but not limited to: damage, defect or breakage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, and improper or unreasonable use of the product.
• Normal wear including lens scratching or accidental frame wreckage.
• Frames that have been lost or stolen.
• Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a GHALI authorized technician.
• Clip-on warranty applies one time within one calendar year
